All orders are processed within up to 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).


We do not process or ship orders on weekends.


Because each seat cover set is prepared on demand, production may take additional time before shipment.

 


 

 

Production Time

 


Each order is made specifically for your vehicle and prepared upon purchase.


Please allow 10–14 days for production before your order is shipped.

 


 

 

Shipping Timeframes

 


Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

 


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or security delays

  • Incorrect address information

  • Events outside our reasonable control

 


Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

 


 

 

Damaged or Missing Packages
